Farhaan Bengali

Studio Lead - Landscape

Farhaan is our Senior Landscape Designer at Thriving Home. He studied Landscape and Architectural Design at Nanyang Academy in Singapore before joining Case Design in Mumbai, where he dedicated over five years crafting various projects. Eager to deepen his understanding, Farhaan pursued permaculture studies and volunteered at Aranya Agricultural Alternatives. Since then, he has taught numerous workshops on the subject.

Farhaan’s designs are a true delight, reflecting his deep respect for the natural world. Each space he creates invites people to experience the beauty of their surroundings and engage with nature in meaningful ways. Collaborating closely with the GoodKarma Farms team, he weaves organic and regenerative agricultural practices into his work, ensuring that every project is not only visually stunning but also a nurturing force for the environment and the community.

Madhura Jamsandekar

Studio Lead - Architecture

Madhura, Senior Architect at Thriving Home, completed her Bachelor's in Architecture from Rizvi College, Mumbai, in 2017 and further specialized in Bio-Architecture at BASEhabitat in Austria. Before advancing her studies, Madhura worked as a junior architect at Samira Rathod Design Atelier in Mumbai for nearly two years, gaining valuable experience in design. Her work reflects a deep commitment to sustainability, skillfully merging nature with innovative design solutions. With a grace that mirrors her background in dance, Madhura brings a sense of fluidity, mindfulness, and care to each project she undertakes. Her attention to detail and passion for creating thoughtful, meaningful spaces make her an indispensable part of the Thriving Home team.

Tanishqa Rodrigues

Art-itect

Tanishqa is an architect at Thriving Home, blending her design skills with a deep commitment to community engagement. After earning her Bachelor’s in Architecture from the School of Environment and Architecture in Mumbai in 2021, she gained experience at the bio-architecture firm Put Your Hands Together, where she developed her passion for sustainable design.

At Thriving Home, Tanishqa extends her work beyond architecture as the Design and Community Engagement Coordinator for both Home Matters and GoodKarma Farms. She is currently working to develop the Home Matters program, focusing on creating affordable, sustainable homes for first-time homeowners. At GoodKarma Farms, she takes on a strategic and managerial role, ensuring the farm operates with care, fostering regenerative farming practices, and organizing community workshops. Her commitment to community well-being and impactful design makes her a vital part of our team.

Ashi Chordia

Architect

Ashi is an architect at Thriving Home, who graduated from the School of Environment and Architecture in Mumbai in 2021. She previously worked at DIG Architects in Mumbai, where she gained valuable on-ground experience. At Thriving Home, Ashi plays a crucial role in the Home Matters program, contributing her research skills and serving as the on-ground architect for all Home Matters projects. Known for her eagerness to learn and resourcefulness, Ashi brings a vibrant energy and thoughtful sensitivity to her work.
